The Subaru Impreza is now only available as a five-door hatchback model. Previous generations had both a sedan and hatchback model, but with the Legacy lineup heading up the sedan category, you can choose which type of model fits your needs the best.

Each model has its advantages. The Subaru Impreza lineup offers more cargo space than the Legacy does, with 20.4 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row of seating. The Legacy has an impressively spacious trunk, with 15.1 cubic feet of space. The Impreza hatchback gives you more versatility though, allowing you to fold down the second row of seats and utilize up to 56 cubic feet of maximum cargo space.

Performance

Both the Subaru Impreza and Legacy models come with standard Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive, providing you with the utmost traction, handling, and control whether you're facing poor weather conditions around Orem or your travels take you off the beaten path.

The Impreza lineup offers two available engine options. The standard engine on most models is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder that produces 152-horsepower and 145 pounds-feet of torque, while also achieving impressive fuel economy in the city and on the highway to make trips to Lehi easy and more affordable. The Impreza RS models beef up the performance with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder Boxer engine that produces 182-horsepower and 176 pounds-feet of torque.

The Subaru Legacy provides a stronger performance, with a standard 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 182-horsepower and 176 pounds-feet of torque. Higher trim levels use a sportier 2.4-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 260-horsepower and 277 pounds-feet of torque.
